Sausage making at Soggy Bottom Farm

One of the few inconveniences of living in NZ, is that kiwi's do not make proper English sausages, and worst of all they stuff them with beef, chicken, lamb etc. and use “plastic” skins. Real sausages are made with PORK.

I read an article in NZ Geographic (excellent Magazine) about a day long sausage making course in Ngaruawahia at “Soggy Bottom Farm”, with a name like that, the farm had to be owned by a Brit. Yes he comes from Nottinghamshire!
