is a bank holiday for the locals and is celebrated by numerous events, one being the Tug Boat race and a chance to show off the classic boats. Fullers provided the excursion on the water.

 That was 2009, 2010 was a damp day, the only one we had had for a couple of weeks, far less boats out, but we still went on the cruise.
